The Chada Veranda is a casual..boutique hotel in the heart of the city of Khon Kaen.
It’s a good hotel to stay a few days and explore the town. The hotel has a huge parking space, that’s why travellers by road love this hotel. It’s also an inexpensive hotel and it is very well located near all the amenities the town has to offer. From the hotel, you can walk to the city Pillar Shrine, Central Festival, and to the bars and restaurants close to it.
The rooms are very comfortable and big at The Chada Veranda hotel, with a balcony. All come with hot showers, a fridge, air-co. No coffee in the room. Bed are kingsize and are very comfy. The bathroom is quite small compared to the room but that is enough. Nothing to complain about when we were there, just a little bit noisy in the morning with the check-in and check-out.
Regarding the amenities, the hotel proposes a fitness room and a large outdoor pool. That’s the best part of the hotel. The pool is very clean, crystal clear water and the kids love it. The hotel doesn’t have a bar or a restaurant, but you can buy some snacks and beverages from the reception desk. The morning breakfast is simple, 3 choices of sets starting at 100 baht. Simple, and fast.
So, final tough about the Chada Veranda
I will recommend this hotel to those who want to stay in the city for a few days and let the car in the parking lot. It’s easy to walk out of the hotel and find some restaurants, shops, bars,… street food. Coming here with kids is nice because of the pool. The tukcon shopping centre is currently in renovation progress, so it will make this area very attractive soon.
